How to get woking

  • Follow our seasoning instructions on the packaging
  • Wash, dry and season your new wok
  • Fire up the stovetop
  • Cook up a storm!

Clean and care for your wok

  • Leave your wok to cool to warm
  • Rinse the still-warm wok with water.
  • Do not use any soaps or detergents
  • Remove stuck-on food with a nonmetallic scrubber if necessary
  • Rinse again and wipe it dry
  • Put it back on a low heat stove to completely dry up any residual moisture
  • Rub with oil for next use
