How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@kitchenroutine.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or request an address change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If an order is undeliverable or returned to sender, we will review the shipment status and, where applicable, issue a full refund after the package is confirmed as returned through the carrier or fulfillment process.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
