At this time, KitchenRoutine ships within the United States only.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer fast shipping, with estimated delivery in 1 to 3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, and other factors outside our control may affect transit times.
Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment
We work with multiple shipping carriers and fulfillment locations. Depending on product availability, destination, and operational needs, your order may ship from one of several warehouse locations using the carrier we determine is most appropriate.
Split Shipments
Because we use multiple fulfillment locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email and, when available, by SMS.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. KitchenRoutine is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or request an address change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned due to a carrier issue not caused by the customer, we will work to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged shipments may be reviewed in accordance with the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier and fulfillment partners. We will work with the relevant parties to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our website, delays may occasionally occur. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe represented at checkout or on the product page, we may contact you with an updated shipping timeline and available options, including waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling the affected order for a refund where applicable.
