Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. After shipment, estimated delivery is usually 1 to 3 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email and, when available, by SMS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order or request an address change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Returns & Refunds

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
