The one complaint I keep hearing from Keurig owners is their machines stop working after such and such length of time. One has to wonder if any of these "complainers" didn't take the time to do simple maintenence and upkeep on their coffeemaker. By simply following the manufacturer's instructions regarding things like cleaning the nozzles on the single cup side, using and changing the water tank filter and regular descaling, how many of these "defective" machines might still be operational. This brewer maintenence kit is essential. I change the water filter every 2 months and I descale our K Duo Gen 2 every 3 months and I clean out the nozzles on the single cup side every week and guess what: our Keurig coffeemaker continues to make excellent tasting coffee. Be smart. Do the simple maintenence. It's absolutely worth the time spent.
